Description:
The sprocket is one of the four-wheel belts of the crawler-type construction machinery chassis. Its main function is to support the weight of the excavator and the bulldozer, and let the crawler move along the wheel.
The sprocket wheel body material is generally 50Mn, 40Mn2, and other materials. The main process is casting or forging machining, and then heat treatment. The hardness of the wheel surface after quenching should reach HRC45 ~ 52 to increase the wear resistance of the wheel surface.
The supporting chain wheel is composed of wheel body, roller shaft, shaft sleeve, sealing ring, end cover and other related parts.
